Baltimore ACM Chapter

I'd like to call your attention to the new guidelines for open government
recommended by USACM:

I think the Maryland Public Policy Committee should try to make these
recommendations known at the state and city level. I hope to bring them
up at the technology policy panel discussion on March 19th, where
we can get Michael Barocca's reaction.
